Dahi ke sholey also known as dahi kabab. usually we make it as an appetizer. Dahi kabab is very delicious dish, you can have it with your favourite chutney and ketchep as evening snacks or starter of your dinner. it is very nutritious too Because filling is pure hung curd with your choice of veggies.
Recipe of Dahi kabab :
Bread slice 6
oil for deep frying
1/2 cup hung curd
1 finely chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped veggies of your choice (carrot,capsicum,onion etc.)
1/4 tbsp cumin powder
salte as per taste
pinch of black salt
Prep time :15 minutes
cooking time : 10 minutes.
Take hung curd in a bowl and then add the chopped veggies, onion and mix everything well.
Add the chat masala and salt mix well.
Take bread slices,trim the edges and then flatten it.
Use little water to wet bread slices so that we can shape it well.
now keep a tbsp of stuffing in a centre of the breadmould around the corners and then roll the bread.
Seal the edges tightly.
Do this for remaining bread also.
Heat the oil and fry the bread rolls in medium to low flame carefully.
once it turns golden brown take it out.
you can slice it while serving.
serve hot dahi kabab as a snacks with chutney 🙂
